排隊 的英文怎麼說?

你正在排隊嗎? = Are you in line?

這是最自然的英文說法，你也可以說 Are you in the line?，美國人也聽得懂，但比較不自然，也就是說，the 可加可不加在 in 跟 line 之間，但加了較不道地。

但是，如果你說出 line 的類別，就一定要加 the，例如:

Are you in the checkout line? = 你在排結帳的隊嗎?

stand in line = wait in line = 排隊的動作

Let's line up = 我們排隊吧!

注意：不是 stand in the line
