該不會 的英文怎麼說?

美國人不會特別翻譯「該不會」，通常我們會以以下句子起頭:

Could it be that..
Is it possible that..

例如:

I cannot stop thinking about her. Could it be I am falling for her?

但很多時候只要用問句就可以表達該不會了，如例句。
